So today my son sent me a video to learn how to post on my blog. Duh so easy and I have been fearing it for three years! Well, that’s the problem with fear. It tends to cause us to freeze and get no where. Fear is an emotion that is driven by thought and can be made better or worse by changing the thought. Next time you become fearful ask yourself, Is this a healthy thought, is there any truth to my thought, is there a better way to think about this? By doing these simple things we can take control of thoughts that are not helpful!
